Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Return Shipping
